Congratulations on enrolling in BHC! Now that you're here, there's a few things you'll want to do to get set up for success. 

Sign Your Terms and Conditions

In order access your course materials, you must sign your terms and conditions in your Access HCI account. Go to https://access.healthcoachinstitute.com to login and sign your terms before starting your course.

Ensure You Understand Your Invoice

If you are on a payment plan with us or through a third party financing company, ensure you know how and when your payments will process. Also, be certain you understand the breakdown of your total bill. If you are unsure of any of this, please contact your Clarity Coach.

Get Set Up for Emails

You will have received welcome emails when you joined and should expect weekly emails when new course materials are released to you. Add support@healthcoachinstitute.com so you can receive our emails and know who to contact if you need help.

Get Started On Lessons

Once you login to your Access HCI account and sign your terms and conditions, go to the Navigation Menu in the top left corner of the page (represented by three horizontal lines) and click "Courses". From there, you can go to Access Orientation to learn how to use your Access HCI account or, if your course has started, click directly on your BHC course to begin orientation. 

Moving forward, lessons are released Mondays, though we always make an effort to do an early release on Friday nights so you can work over the weekend. Please note one lesson is released per week and materials cannot be released early.

Join Your Class Facebook Group

Your Facebook group is a fantastic place to introduce yourself and connect with your cohort. To find out how to join your class Facebook group, please click here.

Know Your Course Requirements

While your course materials are released over six months, you have one year to complete your course from your course start date. Your course requirements are:

  • Complete all lessons in Pillars 1, 2, and 3
  • Complete all 3 Pillar Quizzes
  • Complete 13 or more Skills Labs
  • Complete all 6 Open the Relationship Conversations
  • Complete all 12 sessions of the 90-Day Coaching Program for clients 1 and 2 (24 sessions total)

Don't worry if the above doesn't sound familiar to you. We'll go through it as we move through the course and if you ever have questions, just contact Support and they'll be happy to help.
