Q: Can I pay off my plan early?
You can pay your plan off early, thus saving you money! If you wish to close out your account, please contact the Support Team directly at tuition@healthcoachinstitute.com and we will happily calculate your payoff balance.
Q: My invoice is different to what I expected.
If you have any issues with your first invoice after you make your first payment, please contact your Clarity Coach directly to clarify the details.
Q: Is there a late payment charge?
Students are given one free courtesy delay/push of a payment. A future delay in payment may result in a charge of up to $100. All circumstances will be looked at on a case by case basis.
Can I switch my payment method?
Absolutely. contact Student Account Services and let them know specifically what you would like to do, i.e. change cards or switch from card to PayPal. They will aim to respond within 24 hours. Please note that payments are by default every 30 days.
Q: Can I pay via bank transfer?
You may pay in full via bank transfer, however we do not accept standing orders for payments plans.
Q: Can I pay via cheque/check?
You may pay in full via cheque, however we do not accept cheques for payment plans.
Q: How do I update my Credit Card?
Please call HCI at the best number for you below and press “1” to update your card over the phone. You may also click here to schedule an appointment to update your card with a Student Account Services Specialist.
Q: Can I claim tax benefits from taking an HCI program?
Currently we are not a government accredited institute. This means that you unfortunately cannot claim any tax benefits from taking a course with us at this time, nor can we sign any audit forms confirming our recognised institution status as we currently do not have this. However, accreditation is a big goal we are striving towards as a company and we will of course release any details as soon as we have them.
Q: What if I am paying through the third-party financing company, UGA/UAS?
If you are paying on a payment plan through an outside provider, please use one of the following options to contact them directly;
