What Does it Look Like?

  • Two orientation videos 

  • Building Your Tool Kit; 6 lessons of main BLC content with proofs/quizzes for each lesson. 

  • Business and Marketing for Life Coaches;  4 lessons, a review, plus a single proof/quiz. 

  • One final overall quiz.

What Information is Covered?

The BLC program contains, but is not limited to, the following topics: discovering niche based on personal experience, how to create your own paradigms, Life Coaching CTD, how to assess the big five areas of life, discover true needle movers (a.k.a each big five has its own "wheel of life"), 5 steps of transformational process, arc of 5 steps in 90 day program and single session, three ways to create transformation as a coach, signature system for Life Coaches, questions, exercises and client handouts to facilitate each of the 5 steps, business and marketing.

When Do I Get BLC?

You will receive the BLC program one week after of receiving the final week of Pillar 3 in your BHC course.

Is it ICF accredited?

BLC is not ICF accredited at this time.

What Are the Requirements for Completion?

  • Completing all lessons

  • Passing 8 lesson quizzes (1 quiz per week - quizzes relate directly to content and are multiple choice, can be taken unlimited times)

  • Passing a final course quiz (contains survey type long form questions (unmarked) and multiple choice, can be taken unlimited times)

  • Certified in BHC

BLC Certificate Information

  • After you completed the BLC Cert form in your LMS, you will receive a notification saying you can download their "digital seal"  and it will be visible on your Access profile. You can also contact Support to confirm requirements have been met and they will send you digital seal as well.

  • In order to get your physical certificate please fill out this link. A batch of certificates is processed every 5th of the month. If you fill out the form before the 5th of the month, you will be included in the batch. Please note, it takes approximately 8-10 weeks to prep, export, print, package, ship, and deliver your certificate to your door. It is a big brown envelope.

  • Upon successfully meeting all requirements for BLC, students may use the credential Certified Life Coach (CLC).

  • Unlike BHC's one year deadline, there is no deadline to certify for BLC (though you must be certified in BHC as a prerequisite).

  • The digital copy of the BLC Certifcate will be ready soon. Once it is good to go we will let everyone know.
