You can contact the Support Team via Live Chat from your Access portal, by emailing support@healthcoachinstitute.com, or by calling any of the following numbers:

Please note that when you email Support, you will have an account created for you in the "Freshdesk" portal. This is the third-party ticketing system we use for support. You will be given login details for them as your account will contain a history of all Support correspondence for your convenience and reference.

When and How to Contact Your Clarity Coach

Following your enrollment in the program, you should direct the majority of your concerns to Support or, for the first 30 days of the course, to your Orientation Coach. However, you may wish to contact your Clarity Coach for the following issues:

  • Any misunderstanding on your bill or invoice following enrollment
  • If you wish to discuss your bill within the first 30 days of the course start date. If the 30 day refund period has passed, please contact the Tuition Team as directed below.
  • Any misunderstanding during enrollment process.
  • To contact your Clarity Coach, please use the email provided when you originally discussed the course with them. If this is no longer available to you, please contact support@healthcoachinstitute.com and they will request that your Clarity Coach reach out to you directly.

If you have any questions regarding your bill payments, you can contact the Tuition Team at tuition@healthcoachinstitute.com or you can book an appointment using one of the following links. Please do not book with more than one team member.

When and How to Contact the Coach Connect Team 

The Coach Connect app has two possible means of support:

  • If your inquiry is regarding offers, registering, bonuses, sign up, etc., please contact Tracy Hjorth at tracy@healthcoachinstitute.com
  • If you have technical questions regarding the app functions, please contact the app provider directly at support@mbody360.io.

When and How to Contact CoachLeads Team

Your Coach Leads website will become available to you one week finishing the final week of Pillar 3. Information, appointment setting, and preparation will be provided under the Pillar 3 bonus lesson. All inquiries can be directed to support@coachleads.com.
