In this guide, you will learn the three ways you can access your Skills Labs handouts from your Access account and how to submit a skills lab proof.
To start, please login to your Members Area located at https://access.healthcoachinstitute.com/ and make sure that you are in the main Learning page
Find Option 1 - BHC Skills Labs tab
On your main learning page, click on the BHC Skills Lab tab near the top of the page.
After clicking on this tab, you will be able to access every skills lab that has been released for your course up to date. When you click on a specific skills lab, you will see the pdf skills lab document that you can download onto your computer or print.
Find Option 2 - Through the Calendar
On your main Learning page, navigate to the Menu bar in the top left-hand corner and select calendar. 
When looking at your calendar, the boxes with dots inside have/had something scheduled on them and if you click them you can see what they represent in the pop-up that appears to the right. They could be an Office Hours call, a Skills Lab, materials notifications, or other important information. If you go ahead and click on a Monday, a pop-up should appear with information on your Skills Lab, (for HMBA Mastery students, these will take place every other week). You can click the title of the Lab in this box to take you to the Skills Lab page.
Find Option 3- Through your course videos
When you are in your lesson for the week, your skills lab will be able to be downloaded when you are at the skills lab portion of your weekly videos. At the bottom of the skills lab video, click the gray arrow next to Downloads and then click on the skills lab outline. You will then be brought to a page for downloading or printing the skills lab.
How to submit a Skills Lab Proof
When you are ready to submit your skills lab for the week, click on the BHC Skills Labs tab on the main Learning page.
For this example, we will be using Skills Lab Pillar 1, Week 1. After clicking on the tab, you will be taken to where you can access all your skills labs up to date. Scroll and find that week's skills lab and click on the name. The skills lab will pop up like it did when we downloaded it from this page.
Scroll down and then you will see a box that has 3 tabs: Scheduler, Submit Proof, and Live Chat. Click on Submit Proof. You will then have to enter your partner for the skills lab, leave a review, and rate your partner. Please note, you will have to update what skills lab you are submitting in the Skills Lab dropdown (marked with a star). You can then press submit. 
You will then see this message pop up after pressing submit. To the left of your screen, you will also see that the skills lab has a green checkmark now that it is complete.
