If you have introduced a friend to Become a Health Coach and want to check if they have validated your introduction code, you can do so by following the below steps. 

Log in to your Access account and go to your Profile page. To go to your Profile page, the best way is to click the photo on the upper right hand corner of your Access website and click "My Account"

Once on your Profile page, scroll down and look for the "My Referrals" section as seen below.

Note that there are 2 tabs for the My Referrals section, the Status and the Summary tabs.
The Status tab will show the status of your referral(s) while the Summary tab provides a more detailed information.

If your introduction code has been validated, it will appear here in the My Referrals section. It will start with the "New" tab and it will move until the "Completed" Tab. You will also know if the student withdrew from the course on the "Withdrawn" Tab.

Please note: To qualify for the referral payment your friend must remain enrolled in BHC with an account in good standing for a period of 90 consecutive days after the start of their program. The company shall pay you the referral payment approximately 60 days after this period provided that you and your friend are in compliance with the Terms (via check or PayPal).

Once your referral bonus is approved you will be notified via email. In that email, titled [Please Respond] Confirmation Needed For Your HCI Introduction Credit, you will be asked:
  1. To fill out a W9 form if you are a US citizen.
  2. To provide us with your mailing address if you would prefer to receive your reward via check.
  3. To provide us with your PayPal email address if you would prefer to receive your reward electronically..
Included in your email there will be a deadline by which everyone must submit their information. Once this deadline has passed, your information will be sent to the accountants, who will then distribute your reward via your preferred payment method.
